How to make yours

  1. Pick the module (tooth size): two gears only mesh at the same module.
  2. Set the number of teeth.
  3. Set the bore for your shaft, and the width.
  4. Download it as STL, 3MF or STEP, and print it.

What each slider does

Teeth 8 to 80
How many teeth the gear has.
Module (tooth size) 0.5 to 4 mm
How big the teeth are; gears that mesh share it.
Bore (shaft hole) 0 to 20 mm
How wide the hole for the shaft is; 0 for none.
Width 2 to 30 mm
How thick the gear is.
