Pegboard hook generator

How to make yours

  1. Set your board: hole size, thickness and the spacing between holes.
  2. Set how far the hook reaches out and how high its tip stands.
  3. Thicken the arm for heavy tools.
  4. Download it as STL, 3MF or STEP, and print it.

Pegboard hole diameter (1/4" = 6.35) 5 to 8 mm
How wide the holes in your pegboard are.
Board thickness 3 to 8 mm
How thick your pegboard is.
Hole spacing (1" = 25.4) 20 to 40 mm
How far apart the holes are, centre to centre.
Reach 10 to 120 mm
How far the hook reaches out from the board.
Tip height 3 to 40 mm
How far the tip stands up, so nothing slides off.
Arm thickness 4 to 10 mm
How thick the arm is.
Hook behind the board 4 to 10 mm
How far the hook goes down behind the board to hold on.
