Hose adapter generator

Join a vacuum hose to a tool, or one hose to another. Type each end's diameter and length; tick an end that slides over a pipe instead of into a hose.

Hose adapter generator: the part as it comes

How to make yours

  1. Measure both things you want to join: a hose, a tool port, a pipe.
  2. Type each end's diameter. Tick "slides over" for an end that goes over a pipe instead of into a hose.
  3. Set how long each end is and how long the taper between them is.
  4. Download it as STL, 3MF or STEP, and print it.

What each slider does

End 1 diameter 10 to 120 mm
The diameter of the first end: its outside, or its inside when it slides over.
End 1 slides over (inside diameter) on or off
Ticked, the first end slides over a pipe or port and the number is its inside.
End 1 length 10 to 80 mm
How long the first end's sleeve is.
End 2 diameter 10 to 120 mm
The diameter of the second end, measured the same way.
End 2 slides over (inside diameter) on or off
Ticked, the second end slides over and the number is its inside.
End 2 length 10 to 80 mm
How long the second end's sleeve is.
Taper length 5 to 80 mm
How long the cone between the two ends is.
Wall 1.2 to 5 mm
How thick the adapter's wall is.
