Gridfinity glue stick bin generator
A Gridfinity bin that holds glue sticks upright, one hole each, for the bed of a 3D printer or the craft drawer.
How to make yours
- Set the glue stick's diameter; each pocket is 1 mm wider so it drops in.
- Set how many glue sticks along and how many rows; the bin grows one 42 mm square at a time to hold them.
- Set how deep each pocket is, and tick on magnet holes if your baseplate has magnets.
- Download it as STL, 3MF or STEP, and print it.
What each slider does
- Glue stick diameter 15 to 40 mm
- How wide the glue stick is, across its cap.
- Glue sticks along 1 to 8
- How many glue sticks sit side by side in a row.
- Rows 1 to 6
- How many rows of pockets there are, front to back.
- Pocket depth 10 to 60 mm
- How deep each glue stick sits; the bin's height follows in 7 mm Gridfinity units.
- Magnet holes on or off
- Holes under each foot for magnets that hold the bin to a magnetic baseplate.
