Gridfinity C and D battery bin generator
A Gridfinity bin for C or D batteries standing up, one round pocket each. Type the battery's diameter and how many.
How to make yours
- Set the battery's diameter; each pocket is 0.8 mm wider so it drops in.
- Set how many batteries along and how many rows; the bin grows one 42 mm square at a time to hold them.
- Set how deep each pocket is, and tick on magnet holes if your baseplate has magnets.
- Download it as STL, 3MF or STEP, and print it.
What each slider does
- Battery diameter (C 26.2, D 34.2) 24 to 36 mm
- How wide the battery is, across.
- Batteries along 1 to 8
- How many batteries sit side by side in a row.
- Rows 1 to 6
- How many rows of pockets there are, front to back.
- Pocket depth 10 to 50 mm
- How deep each battery sits; the bin's height follows in 7 mm Gridfinity units.
- Magnet holes on or off
- Holes under each foot for magnets that hold the bin to a magnetic baseplate.
