How to make yours

  1. Type your bit size across the flats: 6.35 mm for standard 1/4" bits.
  2. Set how many bits along and across.
  3. Set how deep each pocket holds a bit.
  4. Download it as STL, 3MF or STEP, and print it.

What each slider does

Bit size across the flats (1/4" bit 6.35) 3 to 14 mm
How wide the bits are across the flats of the hex.
Bits along 1 to 20
How many bits sit in a row.
Bits across 1 to 12
How many rows there are.
Pocket depth 5 to 30 mm
How deep each pocket is.
Floor 1.2 to 4 mm
How thick the floor under the pockets is.
Wall between 1.2 to 5 mm
How thick the wall between two pockets is.
